Two years ago, Bit2Byte started as a two-person studio with a stubborn idea: that software should start with the problem, not the keyboard. Today we're a full-service team spanning web, AI automation and engineering — and we've shipped more than 100 projects for clients across 12+ countries.
Year two was the year it all compounded. Here's a look back at what changed, what we learned, and where we're pointing next.
From freelancing to a real team
We started year two doing great work but stretched thin. We ended it with a proper team — engineers, designers and an automation specialist — and a process that means quality no longer depends on any single person staying up late.
The goal was never to be the biggest. It was to be the team clients actually trust with the hard stuff.
AI automation became our fastest-growing practice
What started as the occasional Zapier workflow turned into full AI receptionists, autonomous agents and end-to-end automations on make.com and n8n. Clients stopped asking "can you build a website?" and started asking "can you give me my evenings back?"
- 100+ projects delivered across web, e-commerce, AI and embedded
- A new GoHighLevel build-partner practice
- Clients retained year over year — our favourite metric
What's next
More of the work that moves the needle, less of the busywork — for our clients and for us. Thank you for an incredible two years. The best build is the next one.
